Our current Rod made from 95% pure carbon material and  5% woven fiber glass basic backer ( We called graphite) , and we  put seaver layers of X Cross carbon to to withstand a lot more pressureThey are very advanced design and production process in fact.

We did the extreme intensity test for the current green spinning jigging rod, but in blank without any components (without guides, reel seat or rod stickers, only the blank),  not complete rodIn the videos, we raise the blanks at a 45 degree angle through professional machines to test the maximum breaking limit.As the position of the rear handle continues to raise, the blanks are bent to the maximum until blanks break.in the first video the maximum strength of blank can withstand 40lbs  19.5kg,  in the other video it can be hold 41lbs 21.9kg, which are the maximum breaking limit.for the current sample we provided and mass production we will start to produce, we designed the extreme intensity are 45lbs or  20kg, under this strength, rods won't be broken
